Despite her stripper-like appearance and the nickname "Queen Of All-Night Passion", Alisha Itkin (born on 5-16-69 in New York City) can really sing her heart out. She's best at infectious, uptempo dancers like "Wrong Number", "Love Will Talk" and the title track, but she also tears it up big time on the aching ballad "You've Really Gotten To Me". She recorded a couple of albums in 1985 and 1987, but she doesn't quite have the fiery passion on those that she does here.

After doing one album for Vanguard, she did "Nightwalkin'" on RCA and after that flopped tried to "bounce back" several years later with this set on MCA..
Unfortunately this set didn't live up to it's title (commercially at least).. which is too bad, because it's ...
