This is the most exciting collection of the Browns that I have ever come across.If there are any songs that wasn't included in this collection of this fabulous group, I haven't heard them. All I can say is, "It's Fantastic!!" The incerts are very informative also. If you like HARMONY at it's best. You'll love this! ENJOY.

The Browns have to be one of the most gorgeous harmony vocal trios i've ever heard, especially in country music. Like someone else have said, some of these songs are so beautiful they'll make you want to weep. I'm not sure if i hear them in there too, but it sure sounds like the Anita Kerr singers are also singing harmony with them, which just makes the harmonys even more fully resonant and achingly gorgeous than it would be without them. This is absolutely incredible; if you want to know anything about the Browns, this box set will deliver. Another great Bear Family release; I am quickly becoming one of their biggest fans. But back to the Browns, there are more songs here than you could ever listen to in one sitting. I nearly got burnt out after just two CD's; we're talking atleast 30 numbers per CD....and 8 CD's! The browns are one of the most beautifu duos in country music I have ever heard. Their harmony is so smoothe it can really bring you to tears listening to their music. I myself don't have a copy of this set yet, but I truly hope I can get it soon. Like the other reviewer said, getting this set is like buying them all at once! All of their recordings are here.l
