In 1996, Crucial Conflict first made headlines with their catchy single "Hay," and the following album, The Final Tic, somehow successfully managed to merge an Old West/hillbilly style with their Midwest gangsta rap. This album is sick. Being from the Chicagoland area, I obviously have a bias toward the Flict. But bias or not, this is a classic rap album regardless. The Final Tic, their previous album is good, but this one blows that away. Each member has a unique flow, and collectively they sound disgusting good. I always loved Crucial Conflict from High School late 80's early 90's. I live on the South side of Chicago and always admired this group from the West side. I had the most fun enjoying the music and to know that they can still bring it!

Those rodeo boys from Chicago drops an anticipated return from their first album as Good Side, Bad Side is another side of the Flict. Again completely produced by member Wildstyle with the exception of one song this album contains the same multi-laced old Western / Country, hill clicking, gun slinging beats as even found on "Intro." "The Bidness" was a perfect song to lead this album off as Wildstyle boast over muted drum track
saying "...how are you gonna f*ck with these tracks..." Crucial Conflict ...
