"Kinship Konnection" is a self-produced Hip-Hop / R&B album consisting of relatives who are extremely talented writers, musicians, rappers, and singers. They are known as Brothers Mack, Karamel, Luvlee, Art, Lexus Koup, Dee-Mack, and Boi Nastee. Under the direction of Number One Records/TFW and C&G Artist Management (owned by "KC" of "KC and The Sunshine Band"), these artists have blended hard hitting beats, catchy hooks, energetic rapping, and soulful singing to produce an incredible album. This collaboration has enough clout to gain the attention and respect from people all over the world. There exists a strong demand for music that has a distinct Hip-Hop flavor with a purely soulful, R&B groove. "Kinship Konnection" is guaranteed to meet that demand.

These South Florida artists came together as family to pursue their life-long dreams of a musical career. Most of the artist and their families have been involved in music for generations with moderate success but there is an exceptionally positive energy and creativity that has blessed this generation. The artists say, "we feel one reason for our unique creativity is our diversity and mixture of Afro-American, Hispanic, and Anglo backgrounds."

This debut release features two tracks per artists and one track featuring all seven artists. Each artist on this album has also already begun recording their individual follow-up albums; however, it will be with the success of "Kinship Konnection", that these devoted artists will be considered part of Hip-Hop and R&B's elite.

I've had the opportunity to listen to this CD and think it is great! Kinship Konnection has my vote. You run into very few groups that you can say that the entire CD is great...this is definitely one. There's more than one hit on it. I'm ready for the next release!
