Rating: - This girl is bad!!!!
I purchase this CD last year after I heard a sample of one of her songs and I keep checking her website to see when she is coming out with another one. It is a rare occasion where I like every song on the CD I didn't think it was possible Choklate proved me wrong. This girl is bad this is the type of music you vibe to. Love it 5 stars all the way!!!
Rating: - More Choklate is a good thing
This is one of my favorite CD's of the last year and continues to recieve heavy rotation. I love to support up and coming artist who bring fresh energy to the music game. I've been a Choklate fan for a minute and in my opinion the song "Incredible" should be the theme music for all the talented young women out there doing their thing and making it happen. Keep up the good work.

I bought this CD a couple of years ago after a recommendation by a friend and avid music lover. This is a wonderful artistic project. She is a strong vocalist and the music is hip and chic. I wonder why it is not getting the airplay that it deserves. It is so underrated. Contemporary soul music at its finest. This CD is well worth your money! Your ears and soul will thank you!!
Almost every reviewer said they didn't have to skip any tracks and they were right! I'm so glad I picked this one up. Choklate is very soulful; love her voice and lyrics. The production is great. The songs don't sound the same to me. I also like the uptempo tracks and that the CD isn't ballad heavy, although she sounds great in EVERY song! Wow!

* Fire Water (??) - This is a hidden track after #14, LOVE IT! LOL, funny lyrics about uninvited guests; beautifully delivered. "It's some Fire Water on the table, but I'm not gonna crack it til you're gone. Cuz if I crack it now, then you gon' want some, and I'm not tryin to share my only one." And I think EVERYBODY has experienced this at least once.
Hopefully you can get it at a reasonable price, but it's definitely worth it. It will not disappoint.
