Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - ??
I am not sure why anyone would give this album 1 star. This album is great! I'm not usually into albums where there are featured artists on just about every song but when 4hero does it its always good! I seem to wake up each morning hearing the song featuring Darien Brockington, 'Give In' in my head. Its beautiful. 'Bed of Roses' is great, I love 'dedication to the horse' & 'play with the changes'. The only song I could have done without is the Stevie Wonder remake, 'Superwoman'. Stevie did it right the first time. Nevertheless, the entire album is great. 4hero has a style all of their own. Its hard to duplicate and not hard at all to identify their music when it comes on. But they seem to evolve but never seem to evolve into something unrecognizable....I love it! If you know what 4hero is about then I don't think you will be disappointed by this album at all.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - There is something wrong with people who give this 5 stars.
It's not good 4hero, let alone not good.

4hero is, at its best, semi-interesting chill music. Unfortunately, like most artists, they display less and less creativity with each release. I actually pulled the CD out of the player to double-check when "Superwoman" came on. It's the Stevie Wonder song -- played straight -- and there's absolutely no reason for its existence.

If you have every other 4hero record and you play them repeatedly, buy this. If you are so desperate for new music that the idea of a Stevie Wonder remake excites you, buy this. Otherwise, this is absolutely not worth your time.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - They didn't let me down
I had my doubts, I really did but they really came through with pure, raw heat on this album. Some of the best tracks in music today are on this album. Play With The Changes covers a few genres and fortunately I love them all. Broken Beat, down temp, nu-soul, R&B they're all here for my ears to enjoy. I wrote in my "Silhouette Brown" review that "anything associated with Dego is a must-have", that statement still holds weight today. If you own "Creating Patterns", this is somewhat similiar to it but not the same in many ways. New appearances from up-and-comers Jack Davey and Darien Brockington make the album very appealing to me because I'm very familiar with both artist previous work. Key contributions from multi-instrumentalist Kaidi Tatham, Minnie Riperton disciple Carina Andersson, hip-hop poet Ursula Rucker and It's always great to hear from Larry Mizell and Jody Watley. Carolina's finest MCs, Little Brother also add vocals to the already head bangin album.

Come on yall, I know the year is still early but this is leading the race for Album Of The Year.

yeah I said it
